I have completed more than 1.5 years with the organization since joining in November 2024, and my experience so far has genuinely been very positive. The management is supportive, approachable, and maintains a healthy balance between employee-centric and company-centric policies.
The organization provides ample learning opportunities and encourages employees to take on new responsibilities, which has helped me grow professionally and develop my skills significantly. Compensation is fair and aligned with industry standards.
