Pros
The workload is straightforward and fun- and felt very fulfilling as we were writing important summaries for big companies. The database was simple to use which reduced stress by a lot, the colleagues were fun and helpful, and the company is super kind, sending cake on birthdays and giving generous leave ! Working here was the best so far! Also, excellent work life balance as the workload is straightforward, and everyone is willing to help if you're busy or overwhelmed. I wanna come back! Loved working here but was pushed by parents to go to a bigger firm so I could network more/take up that opportunity to work in a big firm. Am heavily regretting it now.

I can't think of any cons at all, apart from one saturday a week working.
