Pros
The people are great and there is a real family feel. The business is growing and there are opportunities for personal development. Lots of social events to get involved in. Great new site housing Engineering, Materials, Planning and Logistics along with Warehousing. Our products save lives, so it's great to be part of that.
Cons
The workload is high, but very varied.
