Great access to leadership, but pay could improve - Associate Producer Bright AV Employee Review

Bright is really good at what they do and care about the team and the event. They pay on time and communicate clearly.

It can be a lot of travel but generally to interesting places.

The best decision I made was joining Bright AV. While it's a growing company, the owners know how to build a company for the future. Joined when there were only like 7 employees and it continues to grow. However, the best part of the company is the culture. No one is left to flounder on their own. Everyone is willing to jump in and help. Work with great clients and events! Love working with so many A+ talent in the company.

The company may not have all of the resources of a larger company, but I also see that as a positive at times because it allows the company and individuals to be flexible.
