I worked at bright flag recruiting a long time ago but I was sad to transition. I had a direct line to the owner, who trained me on everything. I had the flexibility I needed to pursue my degree. I had a supportive team to call on, and there was a lot of potential growth opportunity for the company. I see the company now, and I’m still proud to have contributed.

I have no cons. One would just have to be ready for a fast-paced environment.
