Pros

- i'm in BrightHR 3 years and have been promoted 3 times. - earnings are high when you are willing to put the work in - incentives abroad for highest earners as well as daily incentives for individuals as well as team - friendly environment created by staff and leadership - annual sales conference in Manchester held recently by senior mgt - an extremely well put together evening where i collected an award - recognised for hard work and not just 'a number' compared to most other companies culture overall - great 3 years so far, i hope to learn more about the industry and earn more money in the coming years

Cons

- maybe a bigger canteen with knives and forks but nothing to complain about really

Pros

-Management are supportive, -Earning Potential -Transferrable Skills - Benefits (HOLIDAYS FOR TOP PERFORMERS) - Floor Managers and Associate Director are lovely and very supportive and really do try to help where they can. Very very good culture. people are lovely and it is a nice place to be most of the time

Cons

-Basic Salary i was offered is the same one i was on at 19 and it has not changed for anybody since i have been here this needs a review! - Policies within the business are laughable, but again as seen in other reviews there is too much bureacracy for things to be changed. - your time is not your own, Headcount has increased significantly but the amount of staff "ALLOWED" off is 2 at a time in team of 40! - Lateness policies - I stayed one evening til 7:30pm (2 hours after my shift to sign a deal) i then recieved a formal warning for being 3 minutes late due to a crash which i showed evidence of! - 0 Common Sense in internal policies.
