      Location of HDQ building. Business Casual attire in HDQ. Wireless headsets was a plus. Large cubicles. Career growth. Good co workers.

      Cons

      Company will hire and fire anybody. Company is extremely cheap. Horrible Management. No communication. Horrible pay. Low Morale. Horrible pay method. HUGE turnover rate. Management doesn't care about employees. No PTO, sick time, vacation until 6 months of employment.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
