      This company has a variety of operations in lots of states, upper managment very committed to goals of company and people they serve.

      Cons

      Mostly unskilled aides, they don't seem to know what to do with higher paid professionals. IT is horrendous. Growing too fast?

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
