Pros
Compensation was competitive for the space. Awesome product - the Engineering team has created something really unique and groundbreaking.
Cons
Brightedge management cares only about one thing: making money and "destroying" anyone and anything that stands in their way (including, but not limited to, the dignity and respect of their own employees). Management will work you to the bone and then spit in your face after a 14 hour work day. Despite what they tell you, they do not set you up for success. They admittedly follow the "Salesforce" mentality: They hire 6 planning to fire 3 within the first month to make examples of the weaklings. They publicly embarrass, reprimand and shame their employees in team meetings, considering it a "motivation tool". The CEO can see nothing other than his mastermind plan to become "the next Mark Zuckerburg", yet he fails to see that retaining talent and treating your employees like valuable and respectable individual is essential in growing at scale no matter how good your product is. DO NOT WORK HERE - YOU WILL REGRET IT.
