Cons I would very strongly agree to the kind of 'real' reviews posted here at glassdoor which have a negative tone to them, and there is a reason to it: 1. I have worked in organizations that are successful and bring value to both their customers and their employees, and based on my experience in tech industry, I would say that this company is a perfect example of a great idea being managed by a bunch of kids, and I would not be surprised if Stanford GSB introduces this company as a case study for their course on Business Management. 2. The senior management does not care about the employees, and their well being, and everyone in the company, at some point would have noticed the flag-bearers commenting that if employees are looking for a work-lifebalance, this is not the place to be, and they take pride in saying that. 3. They would make lots of promises to you while you are being interviewed, and they would explicitly say that the seniors would ensure that you grow with the company but you would have to put in your life in the company and never complain. Putting in life is the only true promise that they would ever keep, you would see yourself working for 80 hours a week and no one would EVER help you out or try to make you grow. 4. If you ever suggest improvements, they take it personally and consider it a complaint and then they make your lifemiserable to a point that you think about quitting. 5. The executives do not care about the employees or their families. If you have a family commitment, they ask you to take paid time off and you are ofcourse expected to finish the stuff on your plate everyday: including the day when you are 'off'. The managers would not think twice to call you at 2 am in the morning anyday of the week and ask you for status. 6. They do not hesitate to humiliate the employees in front of their peers, and the company is micro-managed to a level that the CEO reads all the e-mails that you send to the clients: highly unprofessional! 7. They hire the best employees and that is evident of the interview process that anyone would go through, and they take pride in firing junior employees and setting up an example to others. I have not seen many employees making to the 3 month mark, and the ones that make quit eventually in a very bad mood. 8. There is no training or help, you are a lone shepherd and you have to rear your sheep well, if you don't, they would mentally harass you everyday. If you ask for help, they would say you are no longer in school and there is no curriculum. 9. They show you greener pastures if they find you suitable to their needs in the hiring process as the company has not grown past 30 employees, even after being in business for 4+ years, but if you are no donkey, and you care for your loved ones, the pastures would all be deserts. 10. Most shameful act: The marketing executive sends an invite to write good reviews about the company on this site on the 25th January and promises to reward the employee that writes the best review. You cannot force people to do that: shame on you! Try to send invites to the executives to change the way they are handling business.
