      I got some great experience, we had a great team and the clients were the best.

      The company moved and didn't offer solutions for people who wanted to stay but couldn't relocate.

      Severe mismanagement. Egos got in the way sometimes. People stepping on each other's toes. People not really knowing what they are doing.
