      Pros

      Brightside has been making strides to provide better experiences for staff. Higher expectations have been in place. Training opportunities for leadership and teachers. During this time of worry, Brightside has made a continual effort to pay employees. during the pandemic. Brightside has been working to make every employee feel valued and heard.

      Cons

      Finding quality teachers is a challenge with most Early Childhood programs. It is the same at BSA.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
