      I came to Brightside Academy at the end of June of 2021. We have made significant progress in making Brightside Academy not only a great place to work at, but THE BEST PLACE FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
