      Pros

      The staff is very nice. Teachers look out for each other.

      Cons

      The pay sucks. There is always and excuse to not give employees raises. Never closes for inclement weather. 10 ft of snow Brightside is still open. Management is inconsistent with state regulations and try to pin their mistakes on staff.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
