The company had great employees who made coming to work quite enjoyable. If you hit targets commission was great.

Difficult to get started for someone who had no previous recruitment background - no training provided etc.

Really was the best place to work. Great help and assistance from management right from our office right to to the top Director/CEO BARBARA MCGRATH who may I say was the best, easiest to approach, helpful, friendly, professional, inspirational and just all-round the most amazing wonderful lady in this world to work with and for. Always gave amazing recognition whether it be a phone call saying well done or other amazing recognition. It just made you love coming into work every day. Always a thanks from management at the end of every day which always made you feel great leaving. Excellent people to work with all across the 3 offices Belfast, main office in Dublin and Cork. Everyone was just a phone call away if you ever needed help. Our small Belfast office was excellent. Bright cheerful and just everyone working together (even though we had our own desks, everybody wanted to see everyone excel in their own field. Amazing place to work. Cannot recommend enough. 5*****

I really find it hard to find cons whilst I worked here as I just loved working here so much Our receptionist assisted with all the admin which was a god send so… no cons from me, well apart from the major con of the Belfast office closing but that’s not a con, that was just what had to happen.
