Pros

Working at Brihat Infotech has been an outstanding experience. The company provides a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where learning is continuous and well-supported. The leadership team is approachable, open to new ideas, and genuinely invested in the personal and professional development of employees. I have particularly appreciated the hands-on exposure, the trust given in handling responsibilities, and the freedom to explore creative solutions. The work culture is positive, motivating, and encourages you to push your boundaries while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Honestly, I have not faced any major concerns during my time here. If anything, I would just suggest increasing the number of team-building activities to further strengthen cross-team collaboration.

Pros

1. It is easy to get an internship there 2. The company's head is very humble and approachable.

Cons

1. 9 hrs of work time (10 am to 7 pm) 2. No Saturdays off 3. Very low stipend (5000 per month) 4. No appreciations and incentives 5. High expectations 6. No regular code reviews My journey as an intern - I was offered a 3 months internship after 2 rounds of technical interviews. The offer letter was supposed to be released on 3rd of January, but after multiple delays it was sent to me on 8th of January. Then I was onboarded. My team lead was nice and supportive and after a week I was allocated a project. I worked on it for 4-5 weeks, and never in that tenure I was given any warnings about my performance. Then there was some issue in overall flow of the application on which I was working due to which I was asked to hold the project for a while. Then on a random Friday morning, around 9:30 HR called me and I had just woke up. And she told me that we are putting your project on hold and we are "early releasing" you and she gave me some excuses regarding that. I asked her to wait for a few minutes so that I can wake up properly and call her back. Then I argued upon the 15 days notice period clause mentioned in the offer letter. She refused for that and told me she can't do anything about that. Then after about an hour someone from senior team called me up and told me that the project you were working on is no longer been funded and we don't have money to pay you so we are releasing you, I told him my problems but he showed no interest and i didn't get any help from him too. Then out of frustration I texted the company's head with whom I had talked prior and I knew I'll get some help from him and with respect I texted him the whole scenario in LinkedIn on which he responded and in the evening the same guy from the senior team called me up and agreed for 1 week's notice period. So I served the notice period, then my internship got completed on 6/3/2026. And my whole Feburary's stipend was not payed to me. After multiple reminders and delays the HR and the one senior tech lead gave me excuses and finally on 28/3/36 they sent me my stipend. And guess what, for working whole February and 6 days of March, I was given 4800 rupees, less than my monthly stipend. When I asked HR she legit told me that in your 1 week's notice period there was a Sunday and Holi and one day you didn't came on meet so you only worked for 4 days and in Feb also she gave some lame excuses. At that point I had that opportunity to argue in a much harsh tone. But i just didn't want to because I have that dignity that they don't. And after all that when I recieved the certificate it mentioned overall performance as "average". It just breaks my patience that how these people are hiring interns as "cheap labour" and making them work for 9 hrs a day and then just releasing them when they are not required.
