Pros
Good people work here. Everyone gets along and works hard.
It really is a good place to work but the Con is a big one.
Cons
Problem is they refuse to pay people for the work they’re doing. So you get more and more responsibility at work without an increase in pay until April. April is the “scheduled merit increase/ promotion time”. Forget a year end bonus, they don’t do that, again until April.
All while they throw lavish Christmas parties and the CEOs wife is dripping in designer clothes and jewelry.
