Company was going through so many changes when store close there was no opportunity for transfers or support.

Great benefits, low premiums. Clothing allowance for corporate employees. Discount at other Kering brands. The brand still uses top notch fabrics to create beautiful pieces but has absolutely no creative direction and has completely alienated its base clientele.

Salaries are going down. Management refuses any and all responsibility. The brand places little to no value on its employees. Everyone is just a number.
