Pros
Good playing environment though after completing the work under pressure.
Cons
Highly work pressure, Training should consist of classes for doubts but there is no such thing to happen so you always have to survive with your doubts there. All of the things you have to learn by yourself and if performance not matched up to the mark they w'll not take a time to fire you.
