Pros
Definitely the staff travel benefit and the 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You're never really over worked (despite management always trying to get planes returned to service early)
Cons
You're just a number, no-one cares about you as an individual. They only seem to promote guys who "faces fit". A lot of the aircraft maintenance supervisors seem to be given free reign on how to run shifts, resulting in up to 6 different sets of norm rules.
