      * work life balance great. 26 annual leaves and really attractive staff travel (if you have good passports * Digital team culture is very supportive - they recognize everyone is different, not just saying D&I to check it off

      Cons

      * As AI professional, the data and infrastructure is not ready to do anything production-scale * The core of the business is on operations side so data isn't that important
