Pros
BA is very generous with its benefits package depending on what level you work. it can also be quite flexible too and as it is a huge company there is scope to move around
Cons
Greed. BA are so greedy that they strip everything back whist telling you that the customer is at the heart of everything they do. Its also quite middle management heavy and the different pay scales can lead to resentment among the workforce
