It's more about business and targets. Treat some volunteers badly just because they are not very good at doing some jobs. Take volunteers for granted. If you didn't show up they will be unhappy. Don't feel respected or appreciated. The manager of our shop only knows complain, complaining about everything. It's really depressing sometimes. All these paid assistant opportunities are being decided or chosen before they put the advertisements out. It's a waste of time for someone who think they might get a chance to" join the fight "
