Pros

Work from home, they provide all equipment and paid training and pay isn't as bad as it could be.

Cons

They don't give not one care about their employees, you are just a resource for their benefit. I was hired by this company about 2 months ago, the interview was pretty basic. I accepted offer although, it was so far out. Started training and I am so disappointed!! The training class is 500 deep, so you can forget any kind of classroom participation or even having your answers answered. Not to mention they act like this training was a surprise to them, your systems don't work and they have no tech support to make sure you aren't falling behind. I have done plenty at home training and this is the worse by far! Not only are they setting you up for failure, they don't care that you may have kids and bills they offer you a position when they know damn well they aren't equipped to train or employee you. So I'm sitting here in training unable to participate because I don't have access to the resources needed to learn my job and sending out resumes because they just screwed up all my cash flow.

Pros

Excellent training depending on the project.

Cons

Depending on the project training can be last minute. You could be thrown on the without be trained on vital aspects of the campaign. Team Leads often don't have proper training, often unavailable when needed, often give incorrect Medicare information.
