Fairly independent work environment; regular weekly update meetings with clients and management. Fitness center available to employees at no charge.
Cons
Management talks a good game, but any downturn in business results in staff layoffs. Compensation is poor; company only covers 50% of cost of health benefits. Only a handful of employees come into the office on a regular basis. Many work from home. Some of the veterans have figured out how to game the system by getting clients to agree to multiple meetings without really doing much work. Each meeting triggers a payment to the employee.
