Pros
Good people, casual environment, manageable workload for most. Financially stable and good company name.
Cons
Constantly changing direction, no visible business strategy, and continual turnover in sales make this company a 50/50 proposition.I've seen too many smart people unable to succeed. The product is late to market and not competitive, and engineering is bloated, unable to move with any efficiency or speed. Too many non-performers have been allowed to languish here, and morale is low. Leadership is inconsistent and not business focused enough. People hired to do their jobs are not enabled, and for it's size, the politicking is high. CEO unable to see beyond his vision to the reality of creating a product that can actually be sold. People will jump ship again and again, so the future just seems to be more of the same. Stagnant.
