Pros
Generous with resources needed to work, especially hardware equipment and software. Centrally located office so easy commute. Close to Sunnyvale downtown so good lunch options. Frequent beer bashes and socials.
Cons
Big company culture, not enough recognition given to hard work by employees, spent many weekends and late nights working, not treated well by customers, sometimes management will create busy work which serves no real purpose.
