Pros
Competitive salary, good technology and very competent peers. Dynamic and collaborative environment, no much time to waste in politics.
Cons
After Avago integration the company philosophy has completely changed. What doesn't give a huge and immediate revenue is being sold or closed. The change may have been good for the investors, but certainly not for the workers.
