Talented engineers. Challenging engineering work. Compensation is ok to good.
Cons
Since Avago acquisition many layoffs and many good engineers leaving. Business support like HR and IT very poor. Work environment awkward due to ambiguity of future direction , layoffs, work life balance due to increased work load from lay offs and resignations.
