      Very cold impersonal envrionment. Quaterly layoffs, most back office functions are off shore, making it very hard to resolve issues

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
