      Pros

      Great technical engineering. Really great people in the CTO's office which are always eager to help and provide the best experience.

      Cons

      Work live balance can be a challenge. Most of the people worked crazy hours and got a lot done. Management can be a bit burocratic and political.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
