Cutting edge products and very good engineering teams. Nice workplace and flexible work hours as long as deadlines are met
Cons
Engineering sites away from headquarters are often in second seat regardless their contribution. Difficult to advance your carrier if working in small sites. HR is more of an overhead than a positive addition
