Pros

Good pay and benefits. Office isn’t located downtown and easy to get to.

Cons

They were always changing the licensing structure. Left us in a difficult place when talking to customers and be the bearer of bad news they would be allowed to use their licenses anymore.

Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

Cons

Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
