Pros

The Associates really care about what the do and each other.

Cons

No Transparency, the Executives may know the goal, but nobody else does and any attempt to find out is met with stonewalling. I don't know about other divisions, but where I worked there was no way to advance unless you were on a favorites list. Ask what you need to do to advance and you will not get an answer.

Thank you for your feedback, however your comments are not consistent with our company priorities or set values. We are very proud of our culture here at Broadridge and associate teamwork is very important to our success. Making sure we have the right associates in leadership positions is important not only to the success of our business, but also for associate engagement. In relation to internal advancements, creating that team means filling each open position with the best possible candidate. This includes filling open positions with internal candidates whenever possible as well as considering referrals from existing associates. If you wish to discuss this further, we would appreciate you reaching out to us at talent.acquisition@broadridge.com so we can learn more about your experience.

Pros

You can test tactics, fail, learn, and it's a great place to try new things.

Cons

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
