If you are lazy, incompetent, have given up on life, and have severe mental problems, this would be a good fit.
Cons
Too many to list. Several departments are out of touch with reality. Horrible management -- many of whom would not survive a day in the real world, so stick around and drive smart people out of the company. Bad behavior is rewarded.
