Pros
Team is full of wonderful people. The work environment was full of jokes, collaboration, and collective goals that everyone put in the effort to achieve. Coworkers were always open to answer questions and were great resources. The staff is full of knowledgeable industry professionals that made candidate and client service their top priority. Everyone always handled situations appropriate and professionally and communication was great throughout. You really get to learn the back end of the hiring process in this role which was been applicable in every role of mine since then. All of the technical platforms utilized were good ones to know in general so I felt like I left with a solid understanding of various services. Overall, loved working here.
Cons
The tasks of this role could get repetitive. Always sitting so if that’s something you don’t mind, it’s a good job for you.
