Pros
Small enough networking company with decent technology, engg and portfolio of products. Good company work culture, work-life balance, salary and benefits. Supportive environment.
Cons
Politics across business units, leadership absent and misaligned, caused lot of churn. CEO didn't make much effort to draw on the strengths of the portfolio and build culture of collaboration. Instead bailed out to make money for himself, board, and shareholders at the cost of employees and future of the technology.
