Unprofessional Recruiter Experience - Anonymous employee Broccolini Employee Review

I had high hopes when I applied to Broccolini, considering their reputation in the industry. Unfortunately, my experience with one of their recruiters, Helen, was deeply disappointing. After a promising initial conversation, I was left completely in the dark—no follow-up, no responses to my emails or messages, despite multiple attempts to get in touch and applying to different positions. Ghosting a candidate shows a lack of professionalism, especially when the company sets high standards. This experience has left me questioning how the recruitment process is handled here and has significantly affected my perception of the company. I hope they address such behavior to ensure a better candidate experience in the future.
