Pros

-It's a good step in the right direction if you wish to work in the social services field -Can be rewarding at times -Pay is alright, does increase after you have reached 540 hours

Cons

-Toxic work culture (you will feel bullied by middle-aged staff because they see young people as a threat) -Not the greatest pay for what you have to deal with. -Lack of compassion from older staff and it shows
