- Bad tactical and strategical planning (rather imitation). - No transparent processes or desire to develop them. - No transparent hierarchy. - Stakeholders provide no clear goals and just interrupt. - No HR brand or at least some slightest attempts to build one. - Standard "Agile" approach without understanding what it is about.
