Team, feedback, freedom, work organization, product, professionalism, did I mention the team? The work processes are so well organized that I still apply what I learned there. Every member of the team is reflective and truly a cohesive community where you can feel good even if you are introverted. The quality of work is very high, but they know where private life begins. They have the potential to be the next unicorn startup.
Cons
Since the feedback culture is very strong in the company, I have learned to talk about the downsides as well. At the beginning, I was afraid if I could keep up the pace. I also had to get used to the fact that I was given a lot of independence. Because of agility, the quarterly changes were difficult at the beginning.
