6yHi there. I'm pleased to hear that your outlook on the company has improved. We have recently started a 'coaching for managers' program to aid in team growth, as well as personal development and management structure, which is a great platform for discussing such issues. Thank you for your feedback - we aim to put our people first and I am deeply sorry you do not feel valued like you should.
