Unfortunately, the culture here is toxic, especially for women. A senior leader repeatedly sexually harassed me. He made it painfully clear promotions and “opportunities” came with disturbing conditions. Saying it was the way to get ahead. He acted like my boundaries were petty obstacles to be worked around. I felt so violated, and it made going to work every day a nightmare. And it's not just me, I've talked to other women who faced similar harassment.
