Pros
Everyone you work with is very smart, easy to work with, and the tone (at least in my role) was always polite and respectful. Very good promotions from within.
Cons
The company requires everyone to work out of the office, 100% of the time (and brought people back to the office multiple times during the pandemic). Since it's an employee's market, many colleagues left for better opportunities (with remote work option) and many more are trying to do the same. The skill level on various teams is going to go down which is a real shame.
