Toxic company culture and tedious work - Analyst Brookfield Employee Review

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful co-workers who take credits of others work/ideas and place blames on others. On the surface and in front of the bosses, they act very nice. Terribly manual work is done to produce multi-billion asset company's quarterly financials, which results in very long working hours. Earphones are not allowed at work. You will be told to remove them by HR or senior management. All men are only allowed to wear white shirts and ties Monday through Thursday.
