      I've had a great experience working at Brooklyn Group. The office environment is relaxed and friendly, and staff and management are very supportive of agents.

      Cons

      No downsides really, there are always issues that arise in real estate deals but everyone at the company is very helpful.

      Great co-workers, best CEO, very casual atmosphere, great systems, easy to make money, company parties, flexible time, pay out weekly, company bikes, beautiful office, tons of exclusive listings

      No growth, no promotion, no transparency in decision making, splits too low
