Pros
They will help you get your CDL, but you will work like a slave with 14 hour days for $12 an hour even after you are driving your own truck.
Cons
Was continuously lied to about certain routes or positions I would receive as a pacifying mechanism. You can work like a slave and they will promise more money that will never come. It's backbreaking labor for what Walmart employees make. Brown has an incredibly high turn over rate because they hook guys with the ability to provide training for a CDL, but then never increase their pay.
