      Salaries were cut dramatically after company leadership changed. There was a mass exodus of the sales force going to work for the competition. Excessive micro-organizing.

      If you ever get a chance to work here, take. I have been in sales for the majority of my life and have to say that this has been the best place to work. They have an amazing approach to the industry and will help you develop as an individual on the personal side, as well as the professional side.

      Cons

      Traveling in the winter is the only con I can think of.
