Pros
-Work from home -Salary is never late -good process for onboarding and offboarding
Cons
-salary in the contract is misleading; they still compute your per hour and I lost about 5k from the amount in my contract after their computation of the hourly rate; so if your contract says 30k you will only get about 20 to 25k a month; no benefits at all so whatever hourly rate you get, that's it -the short reviews you see are done while you're on training so no actual feedback is recorded here for others to see -once endorsed to the client you're on your own; you will have a manager but for pay concerns only like attendance and corrections. In short, they are just an agent matching you to a client. -they do not support you fully once your client contract is done and even if you have a very good experience, you won't have a replacement client right away even for a part time job even if they post a lot of jobs available online -process is slow when it comes to giving you another client interview. I'm guessing clients are hard to come by because of the high fees -they charge very high fees from the clients so some of the clients opt to not continue with the contract with them which also ends your contract with Bruntwork until they are able to find you another client which takes months
