Pros

Friendly faculty, even though there is no effort to introduce faculty to each other or make them feel a part of the team

Cons

High turnover of faculty. Super disorganized, poor management. No one in management at this career college has a clue about adult or higher education. Standards are very low. Students, staff and faculty are very disrespectful. Classes are continually interrupted by staff, management, other students and faculty. Low attendance standards. Students habitually come late, leave early, go in and out of class, skip class, eat and socialize in class. Dishonesty about attendance is encouraged and facilitated. College does not supply necessary supplies or other resources to teach. HR and management do not support faculty or verify credentials. Makes many errors. Just sloppy operations all around. People without any education in subject matter or even in curriculum design put packaged elements of curriculum together and faculty are not allowed to modify incorrect or unclear student activities. Curricula do not match syllabus or course descriptions. Curricula is poorly designed, repetitious, poorly paced, poorly written. Packaged test items are poorly written with incorrect information. Classes have inappropriate titles. Philosophy is to keep the funding coming in, no matter how, even if that means passing students who don't come to class, do the work, cheat or are very disruptive and disrespectful to faculty. Mandatory meetings are conducted in time off and unpaid.
